Our mash bill includes 70% corn, 25% white wheat, and 5% malted barley. The wheat gives our bourbon that sweet, smooth flavor that makes for a great sipper. Aged for two to three years in new charred American white oak barrels, each batch is bottled from a single barrel. Old Volstead’s Straight Bourbon Whiskey features beautiful caramel and vanilla notes on the palate.
