Our single barrel whiskey is made from a mash of Corn, White Wheat, and Malted Barley. A high corn mash bill lends flavors of caramel, sweet corn, and minerality. This combines with the smoothness of white wheat and hints of malted barley to create a truly unique whiskey. After distillation, we age it for at least 2 years in used oak and harvest it one barrel at a time to capture the most character. Finally it is cut to 80 proof before bottling. This spirit is unpretentious and approachable, like many of the people who call Virginia their home.
